Exploding the Myth of the Gūjara Identity of the Imperial Pratihāras

Abstract Presenting new evidence from lately discovered inscriptions and a critical investigation of the earlier available epigraphic and literary material, this article conclusively disproves the Gūjar identification of the Imperial Pratihāras.
